I've been using Face Food twice a day, and it has quickly become an essential part of my skincare routine. I got a sample of this from a market and hesitantly tried it as I had originally heard oil can cause rosacea to become worse. I tried it on one patch of skin and it is AMAZING. One side of my face was always a bit worse, (you can see in the red shirt photos) so I tried it on that side. Now my good sides have switched haha. I found that it wasn't super helpful in clearing existing rosacea but more as a preventative measure. It took a bit for my skin to clam down but once it cleared up it has stayed clear.
