What is Gua Sha? 

Gua Sha is one of the oldest forms of traditional Chinese medicine dating back to the stone ages and was used to “scrape away illness”. For face care, a smooth-edged tool made of stone such as quartz or jade can be used to gently glide over the skin’s moisturized surface to give your skin a radiant healthy glow. 


What are the benefits of Gua Sha?

How often should I use my Gua Sha stone and for how long? 

Begin by using your Gua Sha 1-2 times per week, morning, or night, graduating to a daily routine. Your entire face massage should not take more than 2-3 minutes. This is a nice, relaxing way to end your day and prepare you for a wonderful, restful sleep while boosting your skin’s natural healing abilities.
